Fix database migration for users that have used the legacy backup tool. Note that upgrading from a very old database (database version 37 or older) still remains not supported. Try to update SeriesGuide to version 42.2 first. You can get the APK at https://github.com/UweTrottmann/SeriesGuide/releases/tag/v42.2
Full episode details (notably image path) are again loaded when adding or updating a show and no longer on-demand when viewing an episode. This results in less network calls while browsing episodes.
Latest translations from crowdin. Added Cebuano (ceb) and Filipino (fil) (both incomplete).
