Neon Droid CM11 Theme Apk – this theme requires a rooted phone with a custom AOSP ROM like CyanogenMod, AOSPA, AOKP running the latest theme engine.
This is a Neon theme based heavily on colors and stunning looks. This theme is still in its early stages and will undergo many changes over time, so expect new things often. I also will be taking requests for u  themed spects, just please include a screenshot.
This is the best installed with an AOSPA ROM.The theme itself will work on other AOSP based ROMs, however it complements Paranoid Android much better in terms of themed images.
Instructions:-
- Install Neon Droid Theme and go to settings->Themes-> Theme packs.
- Select Neon Droid and apply preferred components that you wish to have themed.
- Please reboot after applying theme, so the themes images can be properly applied.
