All widgets editable on the phone and via JSON.

• Bugfix: yr.no weather provider failing because of APi deprecation.
• Bugfix: 7Timer weather provider failing because of hosting downtime.
• Bugfix: Blank or non-updating widget contents for some devices due to a non-explicitly-exported provider.
• Bugfix: “SD card not found or missing” issue for non-rooted KitKat devices due to Android security changes for external SD storage.
• Themes now stored in the app’s private storage space. Themes and backups are now deleted when the app is uninstalled!
